Resort Policy

These Resort Policy/House Rules are presented here to help promote our guest’s safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Resort Puri Wulandari and the guest.

Our Resort Policy/House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

House Rules & Policy

  • Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00. A charge may apply for early check-in or late check-out and it is subject to availability.
  • Puri Wulandari is an open type resort. With that in mind, despite our effort to control the wildlife animals movement around our property, occasionally, some of these wildlife animals may cross paths with you. Please contact us to resolve this matter. Also, please don’t feed and handle these wild animals by yourself. Puri Wulandari cannot be held responsible if something happens as a result of action taken.
  • Full costs as per original reservation will be charged for any early departure.
  • Quiet hour. For the comfort of all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 23:00 nightly. TV, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.
  • Using the drone in the resort is subject to approval, please communicate your schedule and get our permission to fly the drones. The safety and privacy of our guests, employees and property is of primary concern to Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa.
  • Most of the floors on the resort are marble that can be very slippery. Please be careful.
  • We provide each villa with a limited 200 liter amount of hot water. Please use it wisely.
  • To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the “Do Not Disturb” door hanger once during a thirty-six hour period indicating that the room is occupied. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “Do Not Disturb” for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Resort Policies/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Resort Policy/House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to Villa property and rooms of evicted guests.
  • Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens sooner than every other day – please ask the Front Desk for service. We hope our guests will assist us in decreasing our environmental impact and water use by reusing towels as much as possible, however, if new towels are needed, please leave them on the floor of your room and we will replace them. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.


  • Smoking is allowed only in the living room area of the villa and NOT inside the room. Guest should ask our staff for an ashtray to be delivered to your villa and NOT allowed to use any other things. Guest found in the act of or with evidence of smoking in the room an amount of IDR 5,000,000 or USD 350 will be incurred per occurrence.
  • No pets, firearms, weapons and strong smells food or fruit or pigmentation allow which may affect the scent of the room or create stain on the linen .
  • Parties are not allowed in guest rooms or at the pool. People who are not registered as guests and who are in a room that exceeds maximum occupancy will be asked to leave; this is defined as a party. Registered guests assume responsibility for any damages they are responsible for, whilst using the hotel’s facility and guest reserves no right to prosecute hotel’s staff, hotel management, corporate and stakeholders for any moderation. All money, deposits, and rents will be forfeited in the event of an eviction.
  • Due to the Resort architectural design and concept as the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children aged 12 and under, you are personally and legally responsible for, and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.
  • A security deposit of IDR 500,000 per night CASH or CARDVER is required to make an individual room reservation. However, this deposit is refundable provided there are no lost or damaged items from the room occupied during your stay.

Lost and Damage

  • A room safe is provided, the hotel has no means to verify the content of the safe. The resort is not held responsible for misplaced, loss or damage of valuable things.
  • We only provide 1 key for each room, you may keep the key in reception to ease your family to go to the room. Please return the key upon departure. Additional charge of IDR 1,000,000 nett per room key will be applied if your room key is lost.
  • Any loss or damage of hotel facilities will cost a penalty into your bill depending on the item, or if the guest is part way through a stay they will be asked to leave the premises with no refund being given.

The Management collects and processes guest personal information required in this form to manage stay and provide guest with personalized service or comply with local law requirements, and this information may be transferred through our global reservations and system and shared within the group, selected service provider may also have restricted access to our guest record but only under strict privacy control.
