• Card must be presented upon check-in or at the point of sale to redeem benefits.
• Discounts apply only to direct bookings made through the official hotel website, email, or phone.
• The card does not hold any monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Benefits are subject to availability and may be adjusted at the hotel’s discretion.
• Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the hotel immediately.
• The card remains the property of Puri Wulandari and may be revoked at any time under misuse or breach of terms.
